I discovered early on that personal change begins with oneself. Inspired by the world of sports, where clear goals are pursued with courage and determination, I dedicated over two decades to High-Performance Sport and Major International Sport Event delivery.
My off-field pursuit of excellence led to a globally recognised achievement—the delivery of the world-record-breaking Rugby World Cup 2021 for women's rugby in Aotearoa New Zealand in 2022. This success was the result of a clear, refined goal pursued with focus and clarity, an orchestrated outcome and not by chance, global success.
In 2015, frustrated by inefficiencies in event delivery, I embarked on a journey to find a better way. The Sprintify Goal Attainment Framework, born in 2017, offers a collaborative, efficient approach to achieving and repeating goals. It provides a vision, identifies actions, allocates responsibilities, and monitors performance transparently using cloud-based tools.
I'm passionate about helping individuals and businesses achieve their goals. In the face of global disruptions, rapid acceleration of technology, Sprintify offers clarity, focus, and teamwork.
