This policy does not limit or exclude any of your rights under applicable law.

WHEN DOES THIS PRIVACY POLICY APPLY
We collect, hold and process two categories or personal information:
Account, Marketing Post and Usage Data is personal information we collect about individuals:

The Account, Marketing Post and Usage Data we collect may include company/personal names, usernames, phone numbers, email addresses, your location, billing information, information you include in posts you make on Sprintify or in Sprintify member groups on other platforms, information about how you use our website or our services (for example, traffic volumes, time spent on pages), your IP address and/or other device identifying data, and other information required to provide a service or information you have requested from us.
User Data is personal information that our users collect and store using, or input into Sprintify. This may include personal information about individuals with whom our users have dealings, for example names and contact details of team members using the Sprintify platform.
We are acting as our users’ agent when storing or otherwise processing User Data. Our users determine what and how they collect, use, disclose and transfer User Data. This means that our users’ collection and use of User Data is governed by their privacy policy and practices, not ours.
We do not use personally identifiable User Data for our own business purposes.
We will not process User Data except as provided in our Subscription Agreement and we require our users to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
The remainder of this privacy policy sets out how we will collect, use, disclose and protect Account, Marketing Post and Usage Data and does not apply to User Data.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT
Directly from you
We collect the following information directly from you.
When you register for, or login to, an account on Sprintify or related services, we collect your name, email address, user name, password and any other information we require or ask for to set you up with an account. We may collect some of this information using third party authentication services (as described further in the from third party sources section below).
When you fill in a contact or enquiry form on our website, call us, email us, meet us in person or otherwise contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number and any other information you choose to provide to us.
When you sign up to our newsletter and other electronic alerts, we collect your name and email address any other information you provide to us when you ask to receive our newsletter or other alerts.
When you subscribe to Sprintify or purchase other products or services from us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and purchase history and any other information you submit to us for billing and order fulfilment purposes.
When you respond to our feedback surveys, we collect your name/email address/date of birth/demographic information/industry and role information, any other information you choose to include in your response.
When you refer another person to use Sprintify or related services, we collect your name/email address and the other person’s name/email address and any other information you choose to include in the referral.
When you post information for publication on Sprintify (e.g. on message boards or chat rooms), we collect the information you include in those posts.
When you post information on Sprintify member groups on other platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) we may collect information you include in those posts.
Some of the personal information that we collect directly from you may be mandatory and some may be optional. We will let you know which of these applies at the time we collect the relevant personal information. While you do not have to provide us with some of the information that we may request, this might mean that Sprintify or our other products and services may not perform as well as they should, or that we may not be able to provide some parts of Sprintify or all of our products or services to you. If not directly invoicing you, we use a third party service provider (Stripe) to process credit card transactions. We do not have access to your credit card information. The name of this third party provider will generally be displayed when you are requested to enter your credit card information. Automatically when you use our website or Sprintify
When you access and use our website or Sprintify we may automatically collect information about your device and usage of our website, and Sprintify services, including your IP address, operating system, browser type, time spent on certain pages, pages visited and links clicked.
Some of this data is collected through third party tools and/or the use of cookies, web beacons and similar storage technologies. Please refer to our cookie policy below for further information, including information on how you can disable these technologies.

DISCLOSING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
Your email address may be displayed in emails if you use Sprintify to connect with other people, like when sending connection invites. Other personal details will only be displayed if you fill them in - the nature of social networking websites means your details will be visible to others - but only the details you choose to supply.
If you post information on Sprintify (e.g. on message boards or chat rooms) or in any of the Sprintify member groups on other platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), you do so at your own risk. Any personal information you post on Sprintify or in Sprintify member groups on other platforms will be accessible to other users. You should review your post before posting to ensure that you are not posting personal information you do not want to make public. We cannot control the actions of other users with whom you may choose to share your information. Therefore, we cannot and do not guarantee that information you post on Sprintify or in Sprintify member groups on other platforms will not be viewed by unauthorised persons. You understand and acknowledge that, even after removal, copies of information you post on Sprintify or in Sprintify member groups may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your information.
If you have completed a Sprintify Professional Qualification (as that term is defined in our Subscription Agreement), your qualification reference number will be publicly available to employers via our website while you maintain a subscription to Sprintify.
We may also disclose your personal information to:

Subject to certain grounds for refusal under applicable law, you have the right to access your personal information that we hold and to request a correction to your personal information. Before you exercise this right, we will need evidence to confirm that you are the individual to whom the personal information relates.
