Learning to Sprintify™ gives people the mindset, skillset and tools to attain goals for business. How long does it take to learn to Sprintify™?

The Fundamentals of Sprintify™ training is delivered through two online training courses. The Sprintify™ Springboard Project which focuses on teaching the Sprintify™ Mindset and The Fundamentals of Sprintify™ Certificate Course which teaches the Sprintify™ skillset and tools. A Sprintify™ 101: Express Training Programme for Business, also provides an express learning experience for business. How long it takes to complete the training depends on how quickly the learner moves through the course content, the Sprintify™ Fundamental Programmes, are comprised of modules and lessons, approximately 3 hours of online video content and one certificate quiz, to gain the Fundamentals in Sprintify™ certificate.

What is a goal attainment framework and methodology?

Sprintify™ is a framework that is made up of Sprintify™ Principles, Sprintify Values and the Sprintify™ Framework Checklist which is an 11-step process. The Sprintify™ Methodology is the way the principles, values and checklist are applied by the student to give them the highest chance of success toward achieving their goal. The framework and methodology have been developed based on empirical processes and observations of the success and failure of high performing athletes and sports teams and derived from common reasons for success and failure as well as key learnings from agile frameworks used in the technology sector. Sprintify™ is unofficially referred to as a ‘love-child of high-performance sport and agile frameworks from the technology sector’.

What is an end-to-end solution?

The Sprintify™ learning journey is designed to teach a student the mindset, skillset and tools and to achieve a goal using the Sprintify™ framework and methodology. Starting with goal identification and what the team will focus on achieving and leading them through the 11-step process to achieve the goal and ending in the key lessons from the goal attainment process. From start to finish (end to end).

Once trained in Sprintify™, am I able to continue to use the Sprintify™ framework and methodology?

Once trained in Sprintify™, how to Sprintify™ is with you for life, however if you want to practice Sprintify™ in the workplace or as a Sprintify™ Professional to use the Sprintify™ Intellectual Property, you need to retain membership to the Global Sprintify™ Team Members Club which is the online platform for Sprintify™ team members. Members are granted a license to use Sprintify™ IP as part of their annual membership. Initial membership to the GSTMC is included as part of any Sprintify™ training programme, annual membership fees and conditions apply.

Are there roles in the Sprintify™ framework?

Yes, there are four process roles in the Sprintify™ framework, they are;

Sprintify™ Leader

Sprintify™ Manager

Sprintify™ Facilitator

Sprintify™ Team Member (likely to be multiple STM’s in a team)

One of the steps in the Sprintify™ Framework Checklist is selecting the Sprintify™ team. Sprintify™ teams are designed to be selected predominantly from a business’s existing workforce, ideally selecting people with the knowledge and skills to perform the roles within the Sprintify™ team. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined as part of learning to Sprintify™. Depending on the size of the goal, Sprintify™ team members should still be able to fulfil their business-as-usual role, however reviewing individual workload is also a consideration as part of the 11-step Sprintify™ Checklist.

How long does it take to achieve a Sprintify™ goal?

All Sprintify™ training is designed to be learnt fast, the mastery of the art of Sprintify™ is through doing. Therefore, once students have learnt to Sprintify™ they are encouraged to put it into action straight-away, learning through doing. Like any high-performance sport, the more you practice the better you get. Determining how long it will take to achieve a specific Sprintify™ goal is estimated as part of Step 4 of the Checklist the Sprintify™ Activation Planning Sprint and is determined by the nature of the goal.
